A special section of the new building is devoted to The Phoebe Conrad Gallery, which includes wax works and paintings of local resident Phoebe Conrad.  The Wax Works collection has more that 30 shadow boxes made with wax figurines that illustrate scenes from popular fairy tales and children's books, including “Winnie the Pooh” and “A Christmas Carol.”
